"Because Ticketmaster concert info stated, “All ages welcome!”, I purchased nearly $800 worth of 8 tickets. Day of concert was raining. In the conversation with Viejas, it was mentioned that no one under 21 could attend. My daughter called venue to confirm concert was still on. Long story short: Kenny was fabulous, BUT I threw away all that money due to Ticketmaster. My daughter and hubby had to stay with the grandchildren, since now, they couldn’t attend. I bought four tickets for my grandchildren, ages 9-18, two for my daughter and her husband, and two for my hubby and I. This was a bucket list item for me, to bring my grandchildren to see President - Band. Instead, I couldn’t use 6 of my 8 tickets purchased as intended. I felt heartbroken and disappointed big time with Ticketmaster."
